Eeny Meeny Miney Mo [Eeny Meeny Miney Mo] BrE NAmE a children’s ↑rhyme used for choosing a person or thing. The child saying the ↑rhyme points to each person or thing in turn on each beat of the ↑rhyme and the person or thing pointed to on the last ‘mo’ is chosen. Different words are sometimes used instead of tigger and hollers. The words are: Eeny meeny miney mo, Catch a tigger (= tiger) by his toe; If he hollers (= shouts), let him go, Eeny meeny miney mo.
